Mac
macOS 15.1 or newer

If your computer warns you
- Open the file you downloaded.

- Go to System Settings, then Privacy & Security, and click Open Anyway.
What happens during setup
The installer puts two apps on your computer, with Binogi's settings: Cloudflare, which gives your laptop a private path to Binogi's Claude server, and Claude. Then it shows a short window before each step you do yourself:
- Approve the Binogi settings Mac only System Settings opens. Go to General, then Device Management. Double-click "Binogi Claude (EU Bedrock gateway)", click Install, then Install again, and type your Mac password.
- Sign in to Cloudflare A web page opens. Type your Binogi email and click Send login code. Copy the code from your email, paste it in and click Sign in. The code works once and expires after 10 minutes. When the page says Success, click Open Cloudflare One Client, and Open if your browser asks.
- Sign in to Claude Claude opens. Click the sign-in button and sign in with Google, using your Binogi account. You then see the banner "Binogi Claude: EU Bedrock".
On Windows, the installer may ask you to restart the PC. Do it the same day: Chat works right away, Cowork after the restart.
First steps in Claude
Connect Pipedrive
- In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors.
- Next to Pipedrive, click Connect.
- Your browser opens Pipedrive. Log in with your own Pipedrive account and click Allow.
Claude then sees only what you can see in Pipedrive, and it can't delete anything there.
Skolverket works already
Skolverket is connected for everyone, with no sign-in. Claude uses it to look up Swedish schools and school organisers in Skolverket's open data. It only reads.
Try these
- Which of my open Pipedrive deals have no next activity planned?
- Prepare me for my meeting with [customer]. What does Pipedrive say about the deal?
- Which schools does Örebro kommun run?
- Draft a follow-up email to [contact] after today's meeting, based on the deal in Pipedrive.
What to know
- You start with Claude Haiku 5.5. If you need Sonnet 5.5 or Opus 5.5, ask in #claude-help.
- What you type and the files you attach go to Binogi's AWS account in the EU. They are not sent to Anthropic, the company that makes Claude.
- Your chats are saved on your laptop only. Keep disk encryption on (FileVault on a Mac, BitLocker on Windows) and lock your screen when you leave.
- Keep Cloudflare switched on whenever you use Claude. Every 30 days it asks you to sign in again with a new code from your email.
- You have a monthly budget. When it's used up, Claude says "Limit reached" or "You've reached your Claude limit". Ask in #claude-help.
- Not part of this setup: web search, opening links (paste the text into the chat instead), the Claude mobile app and claude.ai on the web.
Problems?
- Claude can't connect, or sign-in fails
- Is Cloudflare switched on? Open the Cloudflare app, turn it on, and try again.
- Hotel, airport or café Wi-Fi with a login page
- Turn Cloudflare off. Open any website and log in on the Wi-Fi page. Then turn Cloudflare back on.
- It works at the office but not at home
- Your home router may be blocking it. Ask in #claude-help for the "WARP DNS mode".
- Cloudflare asks you to log in again
- That happens every 30 days. Type your Binogi email and the new code from your email.
- The message starts with "spend limit unavailable"
- A problem on our side, not your budget. Try again in a few minutes.
- Sign-in says you don't have access
- Check that you signed in with your @binogi.com or @binogi.se Google account, not a personal one.
- The installer stops
- It says why, for example that the computer needs an update. The Windows installer works on Intel and AMD PCs only so far.
Still stuck? Say what you were doing and what you saw; a photo of the screen helps. Ask in #claude-help on Slack.
